Ameralis Christina (Tootsie, Segafredo) Lovato. Born in Winkle, IL March 6 1938, moved to Silverton in 1940 with her parents Primo Sr and Irene along with her sister Priscilla Segafredo, Her Mom Irene passed away February 19 1955 and her Father Primo Sr passed away March 27 1968, her former husband Filiberto (Beto) Lovato passed away June 2 2020 in Grand Junction, her arrangements were conducted by Browns funeral home in Grand Junction. She is survived by 4 Children, Christy (Lovato) Watson (Mike), Gary ( Paula) Lovato, Karen Lovato, Roger(Jodi) Lovato and 5 grandchildren, 2 Great-grandchildren and her sister Priscilla (Segafredo) Easter and brother Primo Segafredo Jr.
Tootsie was Silverton town treasurer from1965 to 1985, she was then Deputy Town Clerk until reinstated to town treasurer in 1990.
She graduated from Silverton high school in 1956
