Dear Editor, I would like to express my deep appreciation for each of you who made the Second Annual Bent Elbow Poker Run a huge success. Thank you to the Town of Silverton, the Poker Run Volunteers, and Poker Run Participants; without each of you, this event could never have happened.

In light of the recent hotbed of interest in submitting passionate letters to the editor and political advertisements, the Silverton Standard has recently updated our policy regarding submissions.

Love letters TO SILVERTON

Love letter to Silverton I love our sense of community. I love going to the post office, the hardware store, the grocery store and out to eat, etc. We can have connection with each other every time we go outside. How beautiful is that? We can give and receive love in that.
