Silverton Snowpocalypse: Shelter in Place

Last Wednesday, February 22nd, was a day full of unknowns and uncertainties for Silverton and parts of San Juan County. At about 8:28 am that morning, I noticed my heater turning on and off, the stove would not get red hot, and the power started to glitch. The town went dark by 8:30 am.
