Donovan Wins Emergency Manager of the Year

San Juan County’s Office of Emergency Manager Jim Donovan was chosen for the award of Colorado’s 2023 Emergency Manager of the Year by the Colorado Emergency Management Association. CEMA held their annual 2024 Colorado Emergency Management Conference in Loveland, Colorado, February 13-15th.
