3-2 Vote to Reinstate Wetland Moratorium

The trustees voted on another round of the wetland-focused moratorium 3-2 (with 2 recusing themselves) by giving staff direction to draft a moratorium on all building permits with identified wetlands that will not sunset until December 31st, 2024.
