From the March 26, 1891 edition of the Silverton Standard: OBITUARY. Died — On Thursday, March26, 1891 at Howardsville, San Juan County, Colorado, James Cunningham, aged 43 years. Another pioneer, who helped to blaze the trails into the San Juan, has crossed the range.

Non-Jurisdictional Wetlands Moratorium Defeated
