An attempt was made by a party of three to get a mule drunk last Saturday evening. The animal was taken to several saloons and treated, but the men engaged in the attempt were the first to get full and the contract was given up.

High Country Remote Care Brings Two Doctors to Silverton

Silverton finally has access to a local doctor, and not just one, but two. Dr. Dave Brown and Dr. Yvonne Naughton have started the High Country Remote Care medical clinic, which is currently located inside the San Juan County Miner’s Union Hospital next to Public Health.
