O ur local Silverton Postmaster, DeAna Scott, has retired from the United States Postal Service after 20.5 years, with 4 of them driving over Red Mountain Pass 6 days a week.

Silverton CO: The Town of Silverton has adopted a new Land Use Code. After 18 months of drafting and over 40 public meetings, the Town of Silverton Board of Trustees passed (6-1) the new Land Use Code during their January 27th Board Meeting.
