The Silverton board of trustees approved a historic preservation resolution Monday night. The resolution was proposed by building inspector Ken Safranski, who suggested that it doesn’t really go far enough, but “it’s a start.

The vibes were electric at the 4th Annual Silverton Banked Slalom on Saturday, February 22nd, with perfect bluebird skies, a lightning-fast course, and a stacked field of 154 riders from all over the region.

Monthly Winter Markets Held by Silverton Farmers Market

The Silverton Farmers Market is holding a monthly winter farmers market at the Kendall Mountain Lodge located at 1 Kendall Place this winter, and there are still two more markets that you can attend in March and April on the third Saturday.
