On Tuesday, October 29th, just after 11 am, the entire Town of Silverton once again lost power for nearly 13 hours, with it restored just before midnight. The temperatures were plummeting that day due to old man winter rolling into town, and the low digit temps made for a very uncomfortable day for the majority of the citizens.
