The Silverton Alpine Marathon took place on July 6, 2024, starting early on Saturday morning. The race consisted of three different distances, 50 kilometers, a marathon (26.5 miles), and an 8 miler. The longer distance courses followed the Alpine Loop roads, and the 8 milers took participants out to Howardsville and back.
