The newest restaurant in Silverton, El Bandito at the Bent Elbow, just opened for business the Friday night before Memorial Day to a crowded room full of locals. The crowds continued into the holiday weekend. They actually had such a huge response to the grand opening that they ran out of food by Sunday and had to close that day, but they reopened and restocked on Memorial Day.
