County Commissioner Ernie Kuhlman lived up to one of his primary campaign promises Wednesday when he made a motion to start the process of opening county roads to Off Highway Vehicles. The motion, which passed 2-1, was to direct the drafting of a resolution to “open up all county roads” to OHVs.
The resolution will go to a vote of the commissioners on March 26.
