Last Thursday’s meeting to discuss a master plan for Kendall Mountain Recreation Area was poorly attended but important. The critical issue is the location of the new building. Town Administrator Dave Erickson said the building location needs to be decided in the very near future. Between the flood plain and the avalanche zone, there isn’t much room to build.
