Silverton CO: The Town of Silverton purchased 1.2 acres of land on August 10, 2022, that will be dedicated for affordable housing. Lifetime residents of Silverton, brothers George and Earnest Zanoni, approached the Town in November 2021 with the opportunity to purchase their family’s land. The Zanoni brothers agreed to hold the land until the Town secured funding for the purchase.
