Hardrock starting dayThe small mountain community of Silverton, Colorado has been home to the Hardrock 100 Endurance Run since its very beginning. The start and finish line is at The Silverton School—race headquarters—and just across the street from my daughter’s house.

Even with Smoky Air the Hardrock 100 Race Went Off Without a Hitch

The Hardrock 100 Endurance Race just completed its 35th year in existence, and its 33rd year of actual races. Since 1992, the Hardrock 100 has started its 100-mile endurance race here in Silverton.
