EPA work sends plume of orange down Cement Creek & Animas River

Last Thursday, August 7th, around 5pm at the confluence of Cement Creek and Animas River right in the heart of Silverton, we witnessed a deep, dark, orange plume of water dump from Cement Creek into the Animas River.
