SJC OEM Wildfire Community Meeting Highly Attended

This past Monday evening brought out over 80 locals over to Kendall Mountain Community Center and about 25 online watching from home to discuss the San Juan County Wildfire Preparedness Community plan.

Silverton Students Create a Podcast About 1939 Shenandoah-Dives Miner’s Strike

Fifteen Silverton School students came together to work on a 2nd-semester economics project centered on local history.

The Town of Silverton Entryway Signs are UP!

On Tuesday, the Town of Silverton Public Works crew and local iron artist Ken Webb installed the new metal entryway sign and removed the old Silverton billboard that was installed in the 1990’s.
