A Divided Town Board Sunsets Building Moratorium on Wetlands

This last Monday night’s meeting on January 22, a divided Town of Silverton Board of Trustees decided to allow the emergency ordinance that was adopted in August of 2023 that would table any new building permit that had wetlands on property to expire at the end of January 2024.
