On Monday March 15, the Silverton Town Board meeting began with two public comments about Kendall Mountain by Anne Izzard and Dayna Kranker. The second lift evacuation of the winter was on Sunday, March 14. Their major concern was about safety and the community losing a valuable resource. The two expressed the desire to help.
