The burnt-out building on the corner of 12th and Mineral Street, formerly known as the Silverton Square has been a major eye sore since the fire the night of October 5th, 2022. The structure has also been a public safety hazard and has had fencing around the property for over 3 years and locked up in legal battles as of late.
