Seven Region 9 towns in southwest, CO are addressing the affordable housing crisis, a top priority in Colorado, and our region.
In Silverton, a former smelter site is growing into a neighborhood. Staring in 2011 with the Anvil Mountain Apartments and recently added 9 new income restricted modular homes (Anvil Townhomes) for sale to San Juan County residents.
