Silverton’s 4th of July Fireworks Canceled, but still, lots of events happening

On Monday, June 29th, both the San Juan County Commissioners and the Town of Silverton Board of Trustees held their own special meetings and adopted STAGE 2 FIRE RESTRICTIONS. BLM and the US Forest Service are expected to also go into STAGE 2 FIRE RESTRICTIONS by the end of the week.
