Ever since the winter that never happened, all of us twolegs and all living things have been longing for moisture.
Significant amounts of moisture (more than a third of an inch) have only occurred 5 times. One of those happened this past evening and before 7 AM this morning on September 14th. We received .64 from above along with lots of thunder, lightning, and wind. Rain filled most of our street.…
