In a unified effort the BOCC (Board of County Commissioners) is presenting Resolution 99-1 to the public for ballot approval. Resolution 99-1 details the purchase by San Juan County (SJC) of Eureka and Animas Forks properties currently owned by Sunnyside Gold for $297,000, not to exceed $300,000.
