The 13th annual Barbershop Festival, performed in Silverton on Jul. 17, was sponsored by the Silverton Arts Council. According to coordinator Dr. Peter Peterson, Lynn Dodd originally organized the first festival of 30-35 barbershoppers, held at the Town Hall in 1987.
