Ken Safranski spotted a bighorn ram within Silverton’s town limits recently. The animal was near Mineral Creek on the southwestern end of town. We’ve seen them on Red Mountain Pass and down the railroad tracks, but this is the first sighting we’ve heard of so close to town.
