Citizens State Bank of Ouray has agreed to purchase United Bank of Durango’s branch bank in Silverton. At their first meeting of the new year, the San Juan County commissioners elected Ernie Kuhlman to act as chairman.
Ken Safranski will be chairman pro-tem and commissioner Rich Perino will be the road and bridge commissioner.
