Frank Baumgartner is scheduled to appear in San Juan County Court on Jan. 28 for an arraignment related to his destruction of the Kohler-Longfellow boarding house this summer. He faces misdemeanor criminal charges — for demolish- ing a structure without a building permit — and civil litigation from San Juan County.
