The speed limit on San Juan County roads will be lowered to a maximum of just 20 miles per hour, following a 2-1 vote by the county commissioners on Wednesday, April 22.

And the county is keeping all high-alpine backcountry roads closed for now, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
