The remains of my parents, Paul and Freda Peterson, are buried in Silverton’s Hillside Cemetery. I was horrified to learn that a red phone booth has been placed in the cemetery directly in line with my parent’s gravestone.

Freda Peterson spent many years researching all the burials at Hillside Cemetery. Published various books on those buried there and those who die…
