First, join friends and neighbors at Silverton Hardware at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, October 29, for the Halloween Parade. The parade will go down Greene Street and end at Kendall Recreation Center, where the big fun begins at the Fall Fair from 12:00 -3:00 p.m.
