Silverton Avalanche School just celebrated their 60th anniversary and held the 4SAW avalanche conference this last weekend here in Silverton.
The event started last Thursday with breakout sessions including a avalanche dog training and went through Saturday.
The conference ended with an anniversary celebration in Memorial Park which included Avalanche Brewery, Telluride Brewery and a food truck.
