The Silverton Senior Center had an unlikely guest last Thursday: a 2-foot-tall horse named Goldie, accompanied by his caretaker, Manette Steele of Ridgway. Goldie is a 16-year-old mini horse who Steele calls the “rock star” of her Mighty Mini Horse Therapy Program.
