It’s Snowscape time again and this year Silverton will be snowing superheroes. Every year, the director of this February party must find a theme. “It’s my first time putting on this event,” says Communications and Events Manager Nathan Baxter, “so I asked town employees for suggestions.” Administrator Gloria Kaasch-Buerger came up with Superheroes.
