A complicated land exchange between the Bureau of Land Management and San Juan County is moving forward, according to Matt Janowiak, district ranger for the San Juan Public Lands Office.
A deal that would give San Juan County control of the camping area at Eureka is scheduled to be completed by Sept. 30, Janowiak said.
