10 years ago August 30, 2002 Jerry Lyle is still a patient at Mercy Medical Center, nearly a week since he fell from a cliff about a mile south of Silverton last week. His injuries include a cracked sternum, a couple of cracked ribs, and five fractured vertebrae, along with cuts and bruises.
