Tgallops back into Silverton for its sixteenth year. By day, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., cowboys and cowgirls race skijoring- trained quarter horses up Blair Street at speeds up to forty miles per hour; the skiers they pull go much faster, soaring off jumps and edging through gates at 55 mph or more.
