The Hardrock 100 Endurance Race just completed its 35th year in existence, and its 33rd year of actual races. Since 1992, the Hardrock 100 has started its 100-mile endurance race here in Silverton. The route then proceeds to Lake City, Ouray, and Telluride communities with runners going above 12,000 feet over 13 times during the 48-hour race.
